Tuesday/Wednesday - Revise rough draft. Final draft due today! (2,6,8 - discussion of Subject-Verb Agreement and practice) Homework: Notes on Parallelism slideshow located in the Language Group Work folder on Schoology.

Thursday/Friday - Language group work; Speedreading test and reading goal; Presentation work.

Creative Writing week of October 2

Monday - reflection on flash fiction writing

Tuesday - reading groups for sharing flash fiction. Read and discuss 10 tips for short stories that sell.

Thursday - Short story structure analyzed

English 11 week of Sept 25

Monday - paperwork for PSAT/NMSQT

Tuesday/Wednesday  - Writing Informational essay - work on development and organization with transitions. Language group work - Subject-Verb Agreement.

Wednesday is a half day:

Thursday/Friday - Writing Informational essay - conclusion, and editing with Proofreadbot add-on in Google docs. Optional: Submit rough draft to Luttke for evaluation. Language group work - Parallelism.
