Tuesday/Wednesday - Looking at sample satire writing and cartoons. Documenting examples of figurative language on Collecting Text.

Thursday/Friday - Collecting text work independently for a Reading grade. 

Creative Writing week of May 15

Monday - Fanfiction work time

Wednesday - Fanfiction editing and submit to Luttke

Friday - Final editing and sharing with fanfiction.net

Monday - What is Satire? Part B - submit to Google Classroom

Tuesday/Wednesday - Review What is Satire? Human Vices - partner work for a Speaking and Listening evaluation.

Thursday/Friday - What is Satire? for a Reading evaluation. Students will look at satirical examples from Weird Al and the Onion for analysis.
